Knowhow in hardware development for social infrastructure and industrial facilities

Within the industrial equipment segment, our company mainly handles orders for development from infrastructure manufacturers. This equipment is required to operate on a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year basis and therefore demands high quality of design. Our company is engaged in the development mainly of CPU boards among the control boards of these facilities. We are able to achieve design and development of high quality hardware only because of our knowhow gained from our experience gathered over the years.

Knowhow for maintenance and long term repairs

The installation cost is extremely high for equipment and facilities for industrial use which fall under the category of infrastructure, as a result of which the period of operation is inevitably long, and long term maintenance is expected from the manufacturer and supplier. In our capacity as the suppliers of boards as parts for equipment, we too receive a number of requests for repairs. We use our knowhow in handling a variety of situations to respond to requests from our customers ranging from repairs of damage caused by aging or accidents, and repair of boards which are more than 20 years old, to requests for additional production for maintenance.

Knowhow in software technology

During development, we hold meetings with our in-house software experts for selection of CPU, memory capacity and various I/O devices based on the software configuration, and to decide on the method of implementation of specific special functions, and thus strive to demonstrate superior performance for our customers. And, in case of functional deficiencies after completion of design, we have a system in place to efficiently determine whether to use hardware or software to implement/correct such deficiencies and make our proposal accordingly.

Knowhow in manufacturing and mass production technology

Since we also handle part procurement and mass produced boards, during development, we take care to select parts considering the bulk price and parts which can be obtained with the shortest lead time, so as to develop products with excellent cost performance.
